Customer Service

So, the company who financed our really expensive carpeting adventure to try and sell the condo has our old address, thus we have not received a bill.  After trying to contact someone there for days, I finally got ahold of someone today who was about the rudest person I have ever dealt with.  You would figure they want me to pay, right?  So, shouldn't they help me out and send me a bill to the right address?  No. of course not.  They won't change the address without talking to Ryan.  The guy on the phone acutally asked me if my husband was home, like I'm some little kid answering the phone for my parents.  And then he hung up on me.  Fucking douche bag. Wells Fargo, you can suck my toes.
